This type of technology is normally used for people who aren’t able to hear. Basically if people who can’t hear are able to wake up from this technology, you should be able to as well. You should definitely consider having more than one type of alarm clock going off if you are really a deep heavy sleeper.
Whether you’re going for an alarm clock that is extremely loud, more than one type of alarm clock sound or a bed vibration pad, they are all good alarm clocks for heavy sleepers. The most important thing is trying to get up when you really need to so you don’t run late. The last resort of it all is to get someone else in the house to wake you up and I’m sure they can come up with creative ways to wake you up.
